WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS FOR THE ONLINE STORE?

All e-mails and orders will be replied between 10am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays. 

Please note that we will not attend to any e-mails and orders over the weekends and public holidays.

For all e-mails, please allow up to 48 hours (exluding non-working hours) for us to get back to you. 

However, there might be days when we may take a little longer to reply all e-mails due to other events such as pop-up market and many other unforeseen circumstances. 

 

HOW OFTEN ARE PARCELS SHIPPED OUT FROM OUR WAREHOUSE?

We ships out all parcels everyday, excluding weekends & public holidays.

All payments that have been made before 5:00PM (SGT) will be mailed out the next day.

 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

At the moment, we do not have a physical store, but we do pop-up market regularly. Please follow ourInstagram account @mkyclothingsg for updates on the events schedule and timing. 

 

WHY DO THE COLORS OF THE PRODUCTS APPEAR DIFFERENTLY FROM THE PHOTOS I SEEN ONLINE?

We puts in the extra effort to maintain the colors of our products as accurately as possible. 

However, if the color appears to be extremely different from the product itself, we will definitely take another close-up shot of the product seen under daylight.
The colors may also appear differently, depending on the callibration of your screen. 

We will not entertain returns/exchanges for such cases.

 

I HAVE MADE A FEW ORDER TRANSACTIONS CONSECUTIVELY. CAN I COMBINE THE POSTAGE CHARGES & GET A REFUND FOR THE EXCESS?

We're sorry but we do not refund any postage charges if you have ordered consecutively.
In order to avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.
